| Our Returns Policy You may return most items sold by Keibunsha.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. * Any book that has obvious signs of use. * Any VHS tape and software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). * Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. |

| A) BANK TRANSFERS or BANK WIRES are the preferred form of payment. | |
| B) Japanese banks deduct a handling fee of US$50 for every BANK CHECKS or BANK MONEY ORDER cashed. We can only accepts BANK CHECKS or BANK MONEY ORDERS if the customer is willing to pay this fee. Note: In case inadequate funds are sent, we are not able to return funds unless the customer sends funds to cover the return fee. |
